About Me
Before training as a therapist, I studied English Literature and am passionate about the power of storytelling, language and the ability they have to influence and create change. A lot of people carry around a story that they have not created themselves – one that they have been told and believed to be the truth. Therapy can give you a confidential and accepting space to begin to re-narrate your life and tell your story as you experienced it rather than what you were told happened. I invite you to give a voice to parts of yourself that would otherwise remain hidden and silent.
I am a parent, an avid book worm and a lover of nature – all of which have shaped the kind of therapist and human I am and influence the work I do.
Above all I feel privileged to do this work and to support clients with whatever they wish to bring to the therapy space.
